The Heart of Texas Builders Association thanks the following companies for their contribution to the 2011 HOTBA Showcase Home.

Nestled on a generously-wooded, oversized lot in The Preserve, the first level of this 4,054-square foot, Texas Traditional-style home features three bedrooms, two-and one- half baths, spacious living room with fireplace, breakfast area, sunroom, dining room, study, patio and spacious covered front porch.

Upstairs, the state-of-the-art Home Theater is complete with Dolby 7.1 sound system and overhead projection HDTV with large screen, plus multi-level theater seating (theater seats optional).
